You have two options to take out the Bosch Extended Warranty. You can call our contact centre on 0344 892 8979 and an advisor will offer you the option to buy this warranty during your appliance registration. Alternatively, you can buy the Bosch Extended Warranty online by clicking the button below and following the on-screen instructions.

Important: The Bosch Extended Warranty can only be purchased within 28 days of your appliance's date of purchase and after your appliance has been delivered and installed. This is so that we can obtain the model information for your appliance in the event of a repair being required and the ordering of spare parts.

How can I purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty?

You have the option to purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty over the telephone by calling our customer service team on 0344 892 8979 or alternatively you can purchase it online by clicking the link below. You will then need to retain the extended warranty certificate we will send to you, and the purchase receipt or invoice for your appliance, to use this extended warranty in the event that a repair is required.

When can I purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty?

The Bosch Extended Warranty can only be purchased within 28 days of your appliance's date of purchase and after your appliance has been delivered and installed.

Which appliances can I buy it for?

The Bosch Extended Warranty is available for large domestic appliances only, such as washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washer dryers, ovens, hobs (excluding PXX875D34E and PVS851F21E), cooker hoods, fridges, freezers, and fridge freezers. It is not available for small appliances such as kettles, toasters, coffee machines, irons, steam stations, vacuum cleaners and food preparation appliances. Please call us on 0344 892 8979 if you would like us to confirm if your appliance qualifies for the Bosch Extended Warranty.

What happens if I change my mind?

Within 45 days of purchasing the Bosch Extended Warranty we will cancel it and provide a full refund for you. Your purchase is protected by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means that if you change your mind within 45 days of taking out the Bosch Extended Warranty, provided there have been no claims under this warranty, we will refund any money paid in full. You may also cancel the extended warranty after the 45 day period and we will provide a pro rata refund of the price for the unexpired period of the Bosch Extended Warranty at any time during the warranty. If you have made a claim but still wish to cancel the extended warranty, we will at our discretion only refund part of the payment made. You can cancel by calling us on 0344 892 8979.

What information will I need to use the Bosch Extended Warranty?

The proof of purchase for the appliance will be needed whether you are making a claim in either the manufacturer's warranty or the purchased Bosch Extended Warranty. You will receive a confirmation letter or email which will confirm the Bosch Extended Warranty together with a receipt and unique certificate number which will be needed along with the proof of purchase for your Bosch appliances(s) as detailed above. Failure to provide the date of purchase and certificate in the event of a claim may invalidate the Bosch Extended Warranty.

How many times can I use the Bosch Extended Warranty?

Your statutory rights are not affected. We will take the appropriate steps to ensure you have a working appliance for the duration of the Bosch Extended Warranty.

Where in the UK does the Bosch Extended Warranty apply?

Anyone in the United Kingdom may purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty, however in some areas of the United Kingdom we may send an approved service partner rather than a Bosch engineer.

Before you purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty over the phone or online, you will be made aware of the terms and conditions for this warranty either by our customer service advisor or on the website, which you will need to agree to before purchasing this warranty. What are the Terms and Conditions of the Bosch 5 Year Warranty Offer?

1. The Bosch 5 Year Warranty Offer is the offer by Bosch Home Appliances of a Bosch Extended Warranty, which extends the two year manufacturer’s warranty by a further three years to a total of five years when purchasing selected Bosch Refrigeration, Dishwashing, Laundry and Cooking products (models listed below) during the offer period (the “Offer”). In order to qualify for the Offer, consumers must purchase eligible models between 01.04.2022 and 31.03.2023 and consumers must register their appliance within 3 months of purchase date.

2. The Extended Warranty will be a further three years added to your two year manufacturer’s warranty, making a total of 5 years. The Bosch Extended Warranty covers manufacturing and material faults and is covered by the Bosch Warranty Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.bosch-home.co.uk/customer-service/repair-service/warranty-terms-and-conditions. Bosch will rectify defects affecting the appliance which are clearly attributable to material and/ or manufacturing faults, provided they are:

a) Reported immediately after being identified;

b) Within 24 months of the date of purchase (standard warranty period) and for a further period of 36 months from and including the date after the last day of the standard warranty period (extended warranty period) (together the warranty period);

c) Please note that Service may not be available to all the islands around the UK and Ireland, please check with our customer service department if you require further details;

d) The warranty will not extend to fragile items such as glass or cosmetic parts or consumable items such as light-bulbs. Warranty liability will not be triggered by minor variances from nominal features which are of no significance to the appliance's value or fitness for purpose, or damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical effects of water and generally by exceptional environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, or the appliance having come into contact with unsuitable materials. Likewise, no warranty liability will be accepted if the defects stem from transport damage for which we are not responsible, improper installation and assembly, improper use, to also include where an appliance has been used in a non-domestic environment, poor maintenance or failure to observe operating or assembly instructions.

Please note that the standard Warranty terms and conditions will be applicable to this Offer.

3. In order to qualify for the Offer, consumers must:

a) Purchase an eligible appliance listed below;

b) Purchases must be made between 01.04.2022 and 31.03.2023;

c) Register the appliance within three months of the date of purchase at www.bosch-home.co.uk or by telephoning our contact centre on 0344 892 8979 (calls charged at the basic rate, please check with your telephone provider for exact charges).

5. This is a consumer only offer. Purchases of graded, replacements and imperfect products and trade/ contract sales are excluded from the offer.

6. The Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.

7. The Offer, which starts on 01.04.2022 and ends on 31.03.2023 only applies to purchases made on or between these dates.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemptions of this Offer including, without limitation, to require consumers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those redemptions which are fraudulent or invalid.

9. The Offer has no cash value or alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not transferable.

10. By registering your appliance, consumers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, the warranty will cease.

12. Your Personal data will be collected when you register your appliance and will be used for this purpose only unless you opt in to hear from us further. Data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at www.bosch-home.co.uk/privacy-policy.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

14.
