You have the option to purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty over the telephone by calling our customer service team on 0344 892 8979 (option 5) or alternatively you can purchase it online by clicking the link below. You will then need to retain the extended warranty certificate we will send to you, and the purchase receipt or invoice for your appliance, to use this extended warranty in the event that a repair is required.
You are not required to purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty on the same day you purchased your Bosch appliance, but the Bosch Extended Warranty needs to be purchased within 28 days of your appliance's date of purchase.
The Bosch Extended Warranty is available for large domestic appliances only, such as washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washer dryers, ovens, hobs, fridges and fridge freezers. It is not available for small appliances such as kettles, toasters, coffee machines, irons, steam stations, vacuum cleaners and food preparation appliances. Within 45 days of purchasing the Bosch Extended Warranty we will cancel it and provide a full refund for you. Your purchase is protected by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means that if you change your mind within 45 days of taking out the Bosch Extended Warranty, provided there have been no claims under this warranty, we will refund any money paid in full. You may also cancel the extended warranty after the 45 day period and we will provide a pro rata refund of the price for the unexpired period of the Bosch Extended Warranty at any time during the warranty. If you have made a claim but still wish to cancel the extended warranty, we will at our discretion only refund part of the payment made. You can cancel by calling us on 0344 892 8979 (option 5).

The proof of purchase for the appliance will be needed whether you are making a claim in either the manufacturer's warranty or the purchased Bosch Extended Warranty. You will receive a confirmation letter or email which will confirm the Bosch Extended Warranty together with a receipt and unique certificate number which will be needed along with the proof of purchase for your Bosch appliances(s) as detailed above. Failure to provide the date of purchase and certificate in the event of a claim may invalidate the Bosch Extended Warranty.
Your statutory rights are not affected. We will take the appropriate steps to ensure you have a working appliance for the duration of the Bosch Extended Warranty.
Anyone in the United Kingdom may purchase the Bosch Extended Warranty, however in some areas of the United Kingdom we may send an approved service partner rather than a Bosch engineer.
