User friendly

True to its name, it is indeed user friendly. I am new to coffee machines and this one is very quick to use. I love how its very simple- all you need to do is plug, refill the water container, pop in the pods and tada, coffee is ready!

Very easy setup and learnt very quick how to use it as I’m someone who has never used a brewing machine before . Also the coffees and hot chocolates are very creamy and taste very high quality .

Very easy set up and operation , nice , sleek design . Very simple for brewing instead of a kettle and other ways I have used . Comes with all instructions which is very helpful when it comes to set up and maintenance . The whole machine is very sturdy and can tell with the right maintenance that it will last long and has been made with quality materials.

Fantastic coffee machine - great results and user friendly☕️

The BOSCH Tassimo Finesse Friendly starter pack came with 1 tassimo machine and 40 drinks, which is great! From opening the box to making cup of coffee took almost no time atall and zero stress. The setup instructions and inital use steps were clear and easy to follow and in no time atall the machine was set up and ready to go. I'm impressed with the variety of drinks available in the tassimo range and great selection of coffee shop favourites so able to have favourite drinks in comfort of own home, which is great! The machine is easy to operate just inset the pod, close lid, place cup and press the button and it is making your drink there is no heat up time - i do like the ability to adjust the intensity of your drink with a 3 second press of the button. Great slim design looks great in kitchen without taking up too much space and made from 60% recycled plastic - cup rest is mivable so perfect for any cupsize, also instructions clearly show how to clean machine and indicates clearly how to wash each part. I expect this to be a long lasting machine due to great quality and 10 year warranty.

Great little machine for quick coffees. Doesn’t make too much noise and doesn’t weight a lot. Power is good. Build quality great and performance is fast

Reliable machine, great performance

I decided on purchasing this machine after having read many good reviews about it. It has a large load capacity and several easy to use, customisable washing presets. Does the job admirably and is a solid, reliable workhorse that I expect will last for many years to come

Great fridge freezer!

Got this to replace a failing 17 year old fridge freezer. It has a great layout. We like the XXL veg drawer as we eat a lot of veg. Veg stays fresher for longer. The drawers and shelves are clear so it's easy to see what's there. I've seen some criticism of the lack of a lower door shelf. However we like this layout because it means the veg drawer can be larger and open fully even when the door is only open 90 degrees. It's frost free and has a good amount of space. Has a chime to alert if the door has stayed open for too long. Temperature even set at 50% is much cooler than our older model. Very happy and would recommend!
