If your cooker hood does not start or has stopped working, it might be because of these following issues.

The mains plug of the power cord is not plugged in

  • Connect the appliance to the power supply.

The circuit breaker in the fuse box has tripped

  • Check the circuit breaker in the fuse box.

There has been a power cut

  • Check whether the lighting in your room or other appliances are working.

The plug connection to the glass plate has not been established correctly

Important: If the appliance does not start when it is switched on for the first time, wait for around 15 minutes as software updates may need to run.
