Coffee has no crema

Cause:
A lack of coffee crema is usually caused by using an unsuitable coffee type such as, beans that aren’t fresh, or an unsuitable grinding level for the beans. These issues can be sorted quickly so that you can get back to enjoying foamy crema with every coffee.
Solution:
Try changing your coffee type to coffee that is fresh, with a higher proportion of Robusta beans. If the problem persists, then adjust the grinding unit to a finer setting or purchase a finer ground coffee type.
