Bosch Food Processor
I am very happy with my food processor - it does everything I need & saves me so much time which is a bonus. The only disappointing thing is the instruction book which is difficult to understand, especially to a person who is not used to using one. Also I think you should think about what incorporating some recipes into it which would be most useful!

New model versus old
My new model looks smart but I feel it is not so robust and I worry about the lid fixture. I also worry when removing the cutting blade as with this model my fingers actually come in contact with the blade whereas with my old model I just lifted the blade unit out. The instruction book is awful with difficult to follow diagrams and dreadfully cheap paper. It lets down Bosch which is known for its quality products.I hope my new processor lasts as long as the previous one - over 20 years!

Good value
Bought this to replace a 40 year old Magimix. This one is not as premium quality but then I'd doesn't need to last me as long and it was a fraction of the price 😆. It's much less robust and lighter which suits me now at my age. So far I've only used it to chop or grate vegetables which it's done well. I shan't use it as mixer as I have a stand alone machine.

Absolutely obsessed with this!
First proper bake with my new Bosch CreationLine stand mixer and honestly… I get the hype now. The integrated scales are such a time-saver – weighing ingredients straight into the bowl = less mess, less washing up, more sanity. And the built-in timer? No more guessing if I’ve overmixed the dough. It’s super smooth to use too. The 3D planetary mixing makes everything come together evenly (no random flour pockets hiding at the bottom), and with 7 speeds + pulse, you can really adjust it depending on what you’re making. It’s not just a mixer either. It can whisk, beat, knead dough, blend, shred, mince meat and even juice citrus. Basically doing the job of half your kitchen in one go. You get loads of attachments included: – professional patisserie set (whisk, beater, dough hook) – blender – meat mincer – citrus press – continuous shredder with 3 discs So you can switch it up depending on what you’re making without needing extra gadgets everywhere. I made brownie cookies for the first time… definitely room for improvement, but they turned out SO good anyway 😭🍫 Safe to say this machine is going to get a lot of use.

Food Processor
I am very happy with my purchase but a bit disappointed with the instruction booklet, in the way of not really explaining anything very well. It was mainly pictures & a little bit of text. I have used a food processor before but anyone using one for the first time, could struggle! Also I was expecting a recipe book with it too!
