Plans start from £19.07 a month
- The plan's duration is a minimum of 12 months (from £228.84 yearly).
- Payments are by Direct Debit.
- Your appliance must be aged from 2 to 12 years old.
What you need
When you call to take out this plan or book a repair, we’ll need your appliance's E-nr, Serial and FD numbers. Please find these numbers before calling – they’re shown on the appliance’s rating plate. If you’re not sure where to look, check our advice below.

Rating plate finder
You will find the model number on a sticker or rating plate attached to your appliance. Find out where to locate the model number (E-Nr), FD number and serial number for your Bosch appliance below.
Washing Machines / Tumble Dryers

Washing Machines and Tumble Dryers The model number can usually be found on a label on the inner rim of the door, visible when the door is opened. Sometimes it can also be found behind the filter door or on the back of the appliance.

Dishwashers

Dishwashers The model number can usually be found on a label, or engraved, on the top or side rim of the door, visible when the door is opened. |
Ovens

Ovens The model number can usually be found on a label on the outer rim of the appliance, visible when the door is opened.

Hobs

Induction Hobs The model number can usually be found on a label underneath the appliance, visible when the appliance is lifted from its housing.

Gas Hobs The model number can usually be found on a label underneath the appliance, visible when the appliance is lifted from its housing.

Fridges / Freezers

Fridges and Fridge Freezers The model number can usually be found on a label on the inside of the appliance, visible when the bottom salad drawer is pulled out.
