Smart and Money-Saving
We’re really pleased with this Bosch dishwasher. Once it was installed, it was very easy to set up and get connected to the app. The smart scheduling has been the best feature for us. Because we’re on a time-of-use electricity tariff, we can set our cheaper electricity hours in the app and the dishwasher automatically starts during those times. It’s such a useful feature and has already helped reduce our running costs, especially when using Eco mode. The red light on the floor is also much more useful than we expected. It makes it instantly obvious when the dishwasher is running, which is a really practical touch rather than just a gimmick. The overall quality and reliability feel excellent, and we’ve been so impressed that we’re now looking at replacing our washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge freezer with Bosch smart models as well. A great buy that combines convenience, efficiency, and real savings.

The upgrade
This dishwasher was a replacement for a Lamona we had been using for 16 years. The old machine was good but tired. This new Bosch machine is very nice and does the job admirably. The downs if you can call them that are the cutlery tray slots are too small...and when the programme is over the machine on beeps the once, where we were used to several beeps over a minute which we could hear, this one we cannot. You can see a red light on the floor to indicate it is still running which goes off when done, but if we are sitting in another room that is not much help. Ironically this can be linked to the wi-fi and App and can be controlled from our smart phone (Why would you?). The washing and drying ability is very good with many different settings depending on what you have in the machine. On th whole it is a very quiet, efficient machine and we are pleased to have it..

Does the job-and more
This was a replacement for a model which has served well for over 20 years. Obviously some things were familar and others needed a bit of getting used to. It's good to have the light showing it's on, the range of programmes is good and everything gets super clean. The new dishwasher is set a little lower down than the old one, (as can be seen on the door marking) so that needs a new set of muscle memory, but apart from that, it's great.

Easy to use
The dishwasher is easy to load and I like the cutlery draw. The adjustable top basket is very useful. I would have liked to put wine glasses in, but you have to buy a holder.

Dishwasher - Review
For the first 16 months the dishwasher has worked well, but we now have a noisy motor which needs to be checked and fixed
