Triple berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

For the bowl:

1 frozen banana

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 cup raspberries

1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt

1⁄2 cup ice

For the toppings:

1⁄4 cup strawberries

1⁄4 cup blueberries

2 tbsp sliced almonds

1 tbsp dried edible flowers

optional: 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Method

1.In a blender, combine frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt and ice; blend until smooth.

2.Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with 1⁄4 cup strawberries, 1⁄4 cup blueberries,2 tablespoons sliced almonds, 1 tbsp dried edible flowers and 1 tsp pumpkin seeds.
