Tumble Dryer
After a few years, my condenser tumble dryer started leaking. I inspected all the available apertures for fluff, and tried the cleaning cycle. In the end I had to get the engineer round, who had all the back and sise bits off. He found a blockage and renewed a part, so it works again. the service was good, in that they answered the phone promptly by today's standrds, and the engineer was helpful. The problem could be delayed or averted if more advice ast to maintenance was given in simple terms on purchse. The booklet is over 50 pages and not easy to understand without spending some time on it. These items are designed for the average person, so a simple advisory leaflet would help.

Solid but wish it had a cool drying option
Had this dryer for 3 years and it's on almost daily. It has been great only wish it could dry on a cooler temperature so you can dry items with plastic print that can't handle high heat. Minor thing would be the ability to open the water compartment so it could be cleaned inside more easily.

Great dryer
We have had this dryer for 3 years. Really happy with it. Dries perfectly. Only dropped a star as currently waiting for a part to repair the machine. 5 year warranty helps though!
