The cooking sensor PerfectCook makes it possible to always cook at the right heating level
This set contains 1 temperature sensor, 1 holder and 1 battery
Includes a small ring that sticks to the outside of the pot and is washable in the dishwasher
The cooking sensor magnetically attaches to the ring and sends temperature information inside to the hob. The plate automatically regulates power by maintaining the selected temperature.
Excellent results with five levels of PerfectCook heating: 60-70 ° C - ideal for defrosting food, warming up food and keeping it hot; 80-90 ° C - excellent for stewing 90-100 ° C - suitable for cooking and frying; 110-120 ° C - optimum for cooking in a saucepan-steamer; 170-180 ° C - for ideal deep-frying
