What you'll need to claim
You will need the following:
- Invoice/Sales Receipt (clearly showing date of purchase)
- Model Number
- Photo of the E-Nr panel (found on your appliance)
- Your Full Address
- Phone Number
- Dealer or retailer information
- A copy of the original purchase receipt (must be sent with all claim forms).
To avoid any doubt or confusion, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted.

The completed postal claim should be sent with a copy of your receipt/invoice ensuring that the date of purchase and product code is clearly visible.
