Our dishwashers are fitted with a self-diagnosis system, which in the rare case of a fault will help to report what the problem is. If the E09 error code appears on the appliance display it means that your heating element is defective. If your salt LED is on at the same time, please check that your dishwasher salt sensor isn’t dirty and causing your appliance to assume there’s dishwasher salt when it hasn’t been topped up.
