Quiet operation
We wanted a quiet operating Washer/dryer and this has not disappointed. Yet to try out all of features but washes and dries well.

Great when it works
I bought it 1.5 year ago. Initially it was working without any issues. After a year I realised that it's not turning on immediately after touching the screen, it delayed with selfcheck and sometimes I had to wait for 5 or 10 minutes before it started working properly. Finally 2 months ago I heard the noise, like little explosion and it showed me fault F01:10. I rang customer service, engineer arrived and fixed it. It wouldn't be anything strange if not the father it failed again and again. After 3 times my old appliance was changed under warranty as it was unable to fix. Thank you. 4* only because of the failure but customer service and engineer were far beyond and above.

My washing machine
It took me quite a while to get used to the controls because I've never had to use a machine myself before.However once I did get used to using it i found it brilliant.The important thing to remember is not to put so many clothes in that it can't dry everything as you want it.Overall I do like my machine.
