How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your replacement appliance within 3-5 working days.
Who will deliver my appliance?
We use two different logistics providers. You can read more about our delivery service here.
Can you remove and recycle my old appliance?
We do not uninstall, but we can offer removal and recycling of the appliance from your property in some areas. Read more about our removal and recycling service here.
Can you install my new appliance?
We only connect freestanding products including washing machines and dishwashers. For more information visit our delivery service read our online delivery information page here, or speak to an advisor.
We do not offer installation on built-in appliances.
What warranty options are available?
All Bosch models come with 2 year manufacturer's warranty as standard. Selected models carry a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
