Our Bosch workshop is here to help

Our small appliances work the hardest week in week out, whether it's a toaster for making your breakfast, an iron for ensuring crease-free clothes for work, or a kettle for pouring that first cup of tea in the morning. So it's good to know that if your small appliance is in need of a repair, it can be repaired by Bosch engineers in our workshop.

Arrange a small appliance workshop repair

Our workshop repairs small appliances such as Tassimo coffee machines, kettles, toasters, blenders, food preparation appliances and freestanding coffee machines.

Online help

The process explained

  • Please call us to book in your small appliance before sending it to us.
  • You will be sent a letter by us to confirm the repair details.
  • Carefully pack the appliance to avoid damage in transit.
  • Attach a copy of our letter to the appliance. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase if the appliance is under warranty.
  • Post the package to the address on the letter and keep your proof of postage.
  • A quote will be provided for small appliance repairs before any work is undertaken.
  • If the repair is covered by our warranty, we will aim to repair or replace the machine within 4-5 working days.

Warranties and charges

If the appliance is out of warranty you will need to send in the appliance and pay for the postage yourself. The repair will be chargeable. If the appliance is still under warranty, you can print one of the pre-paid labels below to send in the appliance to our workshop for free, but please call us to book in your small appliance for repair first before you do this. The label should not be used for bean-to-cup coffee machines, so please call us to discuss repairs for these appliances.

If the repair is chargeabe, we will send you an estimate of what it will cost to complete the repair. If the repair is covered by warranty, we will aim to repair or replace the appliance within 4-5 working days.

Many appliances returned to our workshop simply require descaling as outlined in the instruction manual. Always ensure your appliance is cleaned and descaled in accordance with the instruction manual before you book a small appliance repair.
