If your Bosch appliance is within the manufacturer's warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

If your Bosch appliance is out of warranty, then the repair will be chargeable. The repair cost is dependant on the appliance fault. If we are unable to repair the appliance, or it is uneconomical to repair, you will be notified via email.

Let us know how we can help you get your appliance back up and running again. When speaking to one of our agents, you will need to quote your appliance's model number, also known as the E-Nr, and the appliance's FD number. These are located on the type plate of the appliance.

When a repair is booked, within 24 hours you will receive a returns label that you can print at home or a Royal Mail link with a QR code.
If you can't see the email in your inbox, please check the spam and junk folders.
When sending your appliance in for repair, please also include a copy of the proof of purchase. This can be sent via a print within the appliance box or electronically by email. Failure to do so may result in a delay.

Once we have received your appliance, you will receive an SMS confirmation. One of our expert engineers will then inspect your appliance and diagnose the fault. Your appliance will then be repaired in our workshop.

Once the repair is complete, you will receive an SMS notification notifying you that we've sent your appliance back.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much will my repair cost?
If your Bosch appliance is under warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.
If your Bosch appliance is out of warranty, then the repair will be chargeable. Our call-out charge outside of London (the M25) is £106.00 including VAT, and within London (the M25) our call-out charge is £117.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are charged additionally. In some areas of the UK we use selected and approved service partner to carry out repairs on our behalf. They may have different repair prices to ours, but you will be informed of these when they contact you to book your repair. For more information, please read our repair terms and conditions.
What if my appliance is under an insurance plan?
If your Bosch appliance is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, please call Bosch Customer Service on 0344 892 8979 and an member of our customer service team will book a repair for your Bosch appliance. Do not book your repair online as you may be charged for the cost of your repair instead of your insurer. Please have your appliance's model number (E-Nr), FD number and purchase date ready prior to calling us.
Who will be repairing my appliance?
Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around the country who are employed and trained by Bosch, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise in repairing Bosch appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.
What appliances do you repair?
Our engineers can repair large Bosch appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, warming drawers, ventilation appliances, cooling appliances, vacuum cleaners and integrated coffee machines.
Small Bosch appliances, such as microwaves, kettles, toasters, freestanding coffee machines (including TASSIMOs), kitchen machines, food preparation appliances, MultiCookers, FreshUps and MultiCookers, are repaired in our workshop. How can I pay for my repair?
Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit.
When do you do repairs?
Our engineers can repair Bosch appliances on weekdays but some weekend appointments are available.
Do you use original spare parts?
Our engineers will only replace any faulty spare parts with original replacements spare parts from our German warehouse. We store spare parts for up to 15 years after manufacturing large Bosch appliances and up to 10 years after manufacturing small Bosch appliances.
