Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bosch WashNice looking item. Cleans well but can struggle if too many items are loaded. Large plates etc are best hand washed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent DishwasherThis dishwasher is much quieter than I expected and does a good job for its size and price. Being able to change the height / Remove the upper tray is excellent and makes it easy to clean things like large baking trays.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the Job very very QuietlyThis is my first proper dishwasher. We did have one before that we inherited when we bought our house but it was hardly used and was probably an original dishwasher that used tons of water, was noisy, and gave dish washer a bad name. I occasionally did use it but eventually this one replaced it. I have had this dishwasher a week and am happy with it. At present I have turned off the rinse aid and the salt dispensing as per the instructions as I am using multple in one tablets ( courtesy of Finish and Bosch) This includes rinse aid and salt within the tablets. When these have run out I will be turning this feature back on and testing it with phosphorus free tablets that will be courtesy of the Which best buy ( currently Sainsbury's) so may come back here and let you all know. For the first few days once I had persuaded my partner not to wash up stuff I did struggle loading it effectively. This initially took longer than washing it up by hand It does have collapsible racks, but it was my terrible lack of packing skills but I have got better and better and I reckon if you did a race you would wash up quicker but would have used more water and stuff wouldn't be so hygienically clean with sparkling glasses which has always been by beef. I have now taken putting everything through it as the results are impressive. It seems that many people buy two, three or four in one tablets and fill the machine with rinse aid and salt too which uses extra products , course the tablet manufacturers are happy with this but if it saves money and the environment then I am up for not using these extra items then I would urge people to read the instructions, its not over difficult to turn these feature on and off.I bought this for the environmental benefits and have persuaded my rather reluctant partner that this is the way to go and instead of using 3- 4 washing up bowls a day we will only be using 1 or 2 . I am concerned though with using phosphorus which gets into our water supply and kills fish instead of washing up liquid so its outweighing saving water and using electricity and the most environmentally friendly dish washing powder products. The Eco program uses 11 litres of water so this is my preferred option. (I have not found any data sheets on the other programs which is disappointing) . There are 4 programs intensive, Eco, Quick and pre rinse. The first two have a pre rinse as part of their washing cycle anyway so I am not sure when you will use this. Unless you use the pre rinse and then the quick (I believe the quick one takes 30 minutes), but not used this yet. so will come back when I have. Anyway back to the dishwasher. I have not yet managed to adjust the top basket although this will be useful when I suss out how to do this ( I have read the instructions but I can see an extra load of wheels! but it does not seem to match the manual and does not seem that easy to pull out and lower. The bottom basket is a different matter and comes out easily all the time and is easy to put back. The previous reviewer moaned about it taking 3 hours! well the ECO program does BUT within that is the drying time and I have turned the dishwasher off before this particular bit of the cycle has completed. A light comes on after around two hours ( I keep forgetting to time it ) to say that drying has started and I can save the planet by not allowing this to happen. If I turn it off and leave the dishwasher overnight then most of it is dry anyway . Also quite frankly I put it on an then go off and do stuff, so I don't really notice how long its taken. What does surprise me is how quiet this is .. It is quieter than the washing machine and we can watch telly with the kitchen door open and are hardly aware that it is on. So far I am happy and will keep you updated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive and uselessThis product does not clean dishes on the quick wash cycle. I'm fed up finding dirty dishes when I unload. Today there were three items and the dishwasher wasn't overfilled. You can't overload it anyway because the stacking system is so poor. It has a very odd arrangement of stacking. Really only useful for thin plates in the bottom and the top is a complete mystery! I wish I'd had my old dishwasher repaired - at least its quick cycle worked. I decided to try the Eco cycle to see if it was any better - it took 3, yes, THREE HOURS - how can that possibly be 'eco'. I would never recommend this make. It is far worse than any "white good" I have ever bought. A complete waste of money. It deserves NO stars. This is a very expensive and it is simply not fit for purpose!
