Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks GoodOverall I am happy with this toaster but only fault I can find is that it is unsteady when pressing down the lever, this may be due to its arched design. To overcome this, hold onto the left top of toaster when pulling down lever with right hand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is good BUT...This is a good toaster with basic features. I like the design. It works fine...BUT: 1.Length of slots is only 13cm, approx. 3cm smaller than most brands. (the Width is fine) For ready sliced bread is ok, but anything bigger (baker loaves, 2 muffins next to each other) is not enough/ piece gets 'squashed'. 2. The removable steel rack is SO frustrating when in hurry! To use: Get out of drawer. Pop open the stands. Place on toaster slots. *A built-in one would be SO much easier: Push button -Done!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Such a disappointmentThis toaster has every feature one could wish for and looks beautiful. Unfortunately nowhere in the writeup on-line or on the box does it mention that it can only take small slices of bread up to 13 cm width. This is about 3cms smaller than most other models and brands and is totally unsuitable for most loaves, especially ones made in a breadmaker.
