Clothes are badly creased

Possible cause Resolution
The programme spin speed is too fast. If you use a fast spin speed, this can contribute to your clothes becoming badly creased at the end of the cycle, especially delicate fabrics such as silk. Consider lowering the spin speed for delicate loads. For more information on the most important programmes that can be found on our Bosch washing machines and when you should use them click here.
The washing machine drum is overloaded. Overloading the washing machine will cause the laundry to move around in one large mass which will increase the pressure in the drum, contributing to the formation of creases in the clothing especially at high spin speeds. For more information on how to fill your washing machine correctly to avoid badly creased clothes click here.
Please do not use the information above as a substitute for the information contained in your instruction manual, which provides resolutions to faults for your specific Bosch washing machine model which may not be covered in the information above.
